Medium based sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate (T121) is produced through the vulcanization, neutralization, hi-alkalization reaction with the main component of dodecyl-phenol. The product is a lube additive with comprehensive properties and wide application. It has excellent abilities in acid-neutralization, high-temperature detergency, and remarkable resistance to oxidation, resistance to corrosion, emulsification and oil solubility. It has preferable compatibility with sulphonate, olefine-succinmide, ZDDP, and other additives. It has notable effect in reducing carbon deposition of piston top ring groove, and it is widely used to mediate middle and high grade engine oils.

Physical and chemical indicators of T121:

Besides its excellent performance, it has the advantage of light colority. When it is used to blend the 5w/30 sj-grade turbine oil at the dosage of 7.8%, SJ turbine oil additive package has passed the engine bench assessment test of MS III E, VE, IID, CRCL-38, which are required by API SJ turbine oil.

Packaging and Storage:

The product is packed with galvanized barrels (200 L/barrel). It can be transported by container or railway car.

The product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The shelf life is 2 years.

It could be cleanout by water and detergent, if it touchs the skin inadvertently.
